Prices terms of payment and promotional offers are valid only at the time of order and / or payment and can be changed without prior notice!
The products are ordered through the cart and are irrevocable. In the event that the trader is unable to deliver the product because the ordered product is unavailable or parts can no longer be ordered from the supplier, the trader will inform the customer in writing that he can cancel the order or possibly accept a new delivery deadline. If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the merchant will return the money back to the buyer as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the delay has occurred. If the buyer refuses to receive the correct and undamaged goods he has ordered, the trader has the right to demand from the buyer the reimbursement of all manipulative delivery costs.

General terms of delivery
Delivery in Croatia is up to 10 business days, except for products for which the buyer is specifically informed of the delivery date. Delivery overseas is 10 to 30 business days. The deadline begins when Madfly Design, Mrs. Lea Županović, receives payment on a giro account. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted in the delivery deadline. The delivery of ordered goods is charged according to the weight of the package. The delivery price is available to all users, and is visible in the cart. Delivery is done from 8am to 5pm on business day. In order to ensure better communication between the buyer and the courier, web shop service providers also provide the telephone number provided by the buyer during the registration.

Other terms of delivery
The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by conventional manipulation in transportation. When purchasing a product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately disclose to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to accept a shipment where visible damage is visible. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when picking up the goods and the supplier takes it as a takeover certificate. If, after the goods have been delivered, the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notice in the expected time, he has the right to notify the trader in order to make a request for the shipment or to send the replacement consignment.
Replacement of Product / Complaint / Return
The buyer is entitled to a refund of the goods in the following cases:
▪ Delivery of non-ordered goods
▪ Delivery of goods that has a defect or damage that did not occur in the transport
▪ other cases in accordance with the legal framework
Returns of the advertised product
The buyer may return the purchased product within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item at the address. The Web shop commits to replace it with the same or similar product of the same price and quality class within 30 days of the receipt of the application. The buyer is obliged to deliver the advertised product to the undamaged original packaging. Visible products and products without original packaging cannot be replaced.
Filing a complaint
